I would have appreciated an option to book without breakfast, especially since there are great cafes nearby. Also, having only chopsticks for breakfast made things tricky if I wanted to eat toast. Staff seemed rigid about check-in times. arriving tired from a long journey meant waiting in the lobby longer than I'd hoped. Some flexibility could really enhance the experience.
